That time I cannot answer him back as like him i’m also clueless about it.

Today, I visited levelup Official Website and saw this ” A Rewarding Experience Awaits! “. As I read it I came to know this is about the reward points we talked about with my customer few days back. Without any hesitation I logged to my account and went directly to my.levelupgames.ph. I checked my points and happy to know I got some few thousands of it. If I remember it right I got some of the points during Khan Online days and some of it I got it when I loaded some game credits for my Perfect World account. Check out the short guide below.

Guide on how to claim your in-game reward items from LevelUp

1. Login to https://my.levelupgames.ph/rewards/
2. Click the game where you want to get your item.
3. Choose In-game item you like. Make sure your points are enough for the item you picked.
4. Fill up all information of your account like (Account name. Server and character name)
5. Click redeem.

Important Note :

I did not really tested the finally step of the guide as I’m still saving my points for some better Perfect World item.Right now I still don’t know how long a user will wait before the In-game item will reflect to his character account on the specified game he has choosen.
