I’m still getting a lot of messages and blog comments asking on how to download SF client. It seems that support from mygame.ph is not listening that much to their future SF gamers. Yeah! we know you guys have lot of players already but it won’t hurt your business to entertain more Special force Newbies.
Steps in Downloading SF Game Client.
1. Download first and install the FREE ver. of the software Download Accelarator. This will help you to succefully download the ever NOT reliable download server of www.mygame.ph.
2. Proceed to by clicking the link http://sf.mygame.ph/download/sub_gamedown.asp and click Download Full Version. Your Download accelarator should recognize the download link. Just follow the screen instructions.
3. After successfully downloading it, you can install the SF client.
4. Then Patch by launching the game. Forget the other two links on their website its a waste of time. I tried using those patches and it wont work for me.
thats it!!! Please note this testing has been accomplished yesterday and earlier today.
Just some additional information. I have a forum thread over at forum.mygame.com reporting about the issue. No replies or whatsoever and during those time Download client didn’t work at all. The funny thing was forum moderators or other concern SF gamers keep on saying its your connection or make sure you have fast Internet connection or use save as link rather than clicking it. Well, just think of this, I downloaded GIGS of gigs of files and almost all the online games installers available in the Philippines. From Cabal, RF, Ran, GE, Perfect World to MU Online, Tantra, Crazy Kart etc except Special force. So, I think the problem is the download server where SF client resides. At some point it freezes during the download. Just read mygame forum and you will see a lot of complains about the downloading of the SF client.

…..last May I’ve succesfully downloaded the game sf.After 2 months my gameguard corrupted:Error 124:Gameguard file does not exist or courrupted.Now I’m currently downloading sf in mygame website using DOWNLAOD ACCELERATOR PLUS.There is a bit of a problem,after…..every 5 min. or so,it stops downloading…..anyone who can help me?
